Typically, we deliver edited images within 12–24 hours, depending on the complexity and volume. For bulk or custom orders, timelines will be discussed in advance.
5. Can I request a trial edit?
Absolutely. We’re happy to provide a free trial edit for first-time clients so you can experience our quality and style firsthand.
6. How do I send my files to you?
We accept files through your preferred method. Dropbox, Google Drive, Wetransfer etc
7.What image formats do you accept?
We accept RAW, TIFF, DNG, CR2 and high-resolution JPEGs and PNGs.
8.How do I get started?

9.What if we don't need all of the steps in your editing process ?
We customize each edit based on your preferences, applying only the enhancements you need to achieve the exact look you want.”
10.Who owns the edited images ?
Once the editing is complete and delivered, the final images — including all edits — are entirely yours to use for personal, professional, or commercial purposes.
11.How long do you keep my images?
We securely store your edited images for 30 days after delivery to accommodate any revision requests.We recommend keeping a backup of your final images.
12. Will my images be used in your portfolio ?
We will never use your images for promotional or portfolio purposes without your explicit permission. If we’d like to feature your work on our website or social media, we will always reach out to you for written consent beforehand.
13. What is your billing cycle ?
We offer flexible billing options to suit your workflow. Most of our clients prefer a Net-10 or Net-15 billing cycle for regular order volumes. For smaller or one-time projects, payment is often made upon delivery of the edited images.
14. Do you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) ?
Yes, we respect the confidentiality of our clients’ work and are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement upon request. Your images, project details, and client information remain strictly private and secure with us.
15. Do you offer free revisions ?
Yes, we offer free revisions to ensure the final output meets your expectations.
How it Works
1.Get a Quote & Confirm Pricing
Once we understand your service requirements , we confirm the pricing.
2.Payment terms
For first-time or bulk orders, we request a 50% advance payment before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, prior to final delivery. This helps us ensure mutual commitment and smooth processing.For ongoing clients, weekly or monthly billing cycles can be arranged without upfront charges.
3.Invoice generation
After the project is completed or weekly/monthly (based on our agreement), you’ll receive a detailed invoice via email.
4.Payment methods
We accept payments via Wise, Paypal, Payoneer .
